Join Kara for a donation based 6-week series to explore the benefits of a yoga practice. Kara’s weekly series introduces teens to yoga on and off the mat. Yoga empowers teens to find their bliss by building self-esteem, self-respect, and, helping to manage stress and emotions. Classes are fun and creative and encourage an atmosphere of respect and working together to build community.
