Take your practice to the next level by exploring the basics of binds.  Energy is released into the world through our hands.  Binds create space and redirect the breath flow back into the body to aid in self-reflection.  During this intro course you will journey through simple warm-ups, alignment and props to assist your comfort and progress - a great workshop to start with before diving into our next level binds course.
