Did somebody say happy baby? Build strength and increase flexibility while bonding with your baby in this hour long mom and baby yoga class. This is a great opportunity to meet others in your community who strive to lead a happy, healthy lifestyle for you and your baby. We will flow through a series of poses that will improve balance, boost strength, and revitalize flexibility all in a baby safe environment that encourages calm bonding.
This class is great for 6 week old to semi-mobile babies.
Please bring a baby blanket (or stroller/car seat/ baby seat) and a few of baby’s favorite toys.
