We hope you join us for an awesome evening of yoga, followed by some social time over delicious cheese and wine. Or water if you prefer :)

Create and live the life you want using my Clarity Framework.

The Sips and Visions program helps individuals to create a vision and set goals for what matters most to them. Sips and Visions offers a space, time and skilled facilitation to clarify what you want to have, what you want to be and what you want to do.

When we dream together.

We grow togetherUsing the Clarity Framework, you will Dream Big as you learn about vision boards and create your personal vision board. At the end of the three weeks, you will have created a personal vision board and a plan to achieve your first steps towards your visions.

An ICF certified life coach, Mary has been facilitating the creation of vision boards for the last 15 years. Mary has found vision boards to be a powerful tool in her own life and the clients she has worked with. Areas of focus for individuals have included weight loss, overall health and wellness, career and personal transitions, relationships and finances.

Functional Anatomy with Hialee Howard

Understanding how the body moves effectively and efficiently can make a big difference in a physical yoga practice. In this workshop, we will discuss 8 key muscles involved in physical asana. We will learn about the contraction and release of each muscle as it pertains to yoga postures. This 90 minute workshop will leave you feeling ready to take your practice to the next level.

About Hailee:
Linking yoga and anatomy is one of my passions. I studied kinesiology in college and later found the connection between biomechanics and yoga made perfect sense to me. My goal as an instructor is to teach people how to efficiently support their bodies to reduce risk of injury. My flows are creative and challenging but incorporation of the breath is always a priority. I love pushing the envelope on what a yoga sequence should look like. My classes are mostly themed around anatomy and using certain muscles or muscle groups to create a sequence that gives balance to the mind and body.
